How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-21 business days.
What happens if my mug arrives broken?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic mugs are safe for both the microwave and dishwasher. However, mugs with metallic gold/silver accents or heat-changing properties should be hand-washed only.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
